Pricing

In the event of a pricing error, Hotte safety supplies reserves the right to change the price without notice. We also reserve the right to change prices based on changing economic and manufacturing conditions.

Payment

To establish an account, please complete and submit the Request Account Form. Hotte safety supplies accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex and cash only on pickup.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a stocked product you receive from Hotte safety supplies, you may return the product within 45 days from the time of receipt, for full refund or exchange of the product you purchased. Within this time, stocked products may be returned; freight prepaid, and must be in their original packaging in resalable condition. Product that Hotte safety supplies does not stock may be subject to restocking fees, or could be refused a return authorization at Hotte safety supplies.

Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to Hotte safety supplies immediately. Damages for orders shipped prepaid or prepaid and charge must be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage. Damages on orders shipping collect will not be taken care of by Hotte safety supplies.

Items returned will be inspected for damage or misuse at which time they may be subject to restocking fess, other fees or refused, prior to the issuance of any credit.
